the complimentary welcome drink was a lovely touch. my bags were taken to my room promptly. the buffet lunch offered lots of delicious choices.
the noise levels at night made sleep difficult because of events. a quieter room location might help with this issue. it is important for any hotel to provide good sleep

the customer service was superb! a staff member named hilary kirui was very professional. he. the food was also delicious, every bite was fresh and flavorful.
The pool was not heated, a disappointment. the pool area is also quite shallow. It is suitable only for kids. this limited my ability to fully enjoy the facilities.

the staff were cute i especially commend joy nyawira for her attentive service. the rooms were immaculate and very spacious i liked the modern design. the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to the airport a great perk for early morning departures. i found the food at the restaurant delicious and varied with some excellent pizzas.
the elevator music promoting the hotel chain became repetitive and i quickly opted for the stairs
