the staff were cute i especially commend joy nyawira for her attentive service. the rooms were immaculate and very spacious i liked the modern design. the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to the airport a great perk for early morning departures. i found the food at the restaurant delicious and varied with some excellent pizzas.

i found the breakfast buffet extensive it had many options for both hot and cold dishes. the restaurant offers a diverse menu with international and local cuisines all meals i had tasted fresh and well prepared. the presentation of the dishes added to the dining experience.

the reception staff were efficient and helpful throughout my stay. i appreciate the attentiveness displayed especially concerning shuttle arrangements to the airport. the staff quickly addressed my needs and requests.

the hotel gym has modern equipment that includes treadmills and stationary bikes. i saw the pool area includes loungers and shaded areas providing a relaxing environment. the business center provides computers and printers making it easy to manage work while traveling.

the breakfast buffet was excellent. it featured a wide variety of options (including local dishes). the staff were attentive and quick to address requests. the hotel maintained perfect cleanliness throughout. i found the airport shuttle service efficient and timely.
the gym, while functional, could benefit from a few equipment upgrades.
